China Overseas Grand Oceans Group LimitedAnnounces Property Sales Results for August 2015 (Hong Kong, 18 September 2015)China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the "Company"; Stock Code: 00081.HK) announced that, for August 2015, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") amounted to HK$1,551 million and the contracted gross floor area ("GFA") reached 168,400 square meters. From January to August 2015, the total contracted property sales amounted to HK$13,354 million and the total contracted GFA reached 1,433,900 square meters. As at the end of August 2015, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$1,518 million and the subscription GFA reached 115,900 square meters.

In August, the Group did not acquire any land parcels.
