China Overseas Grand Oceans Group LimitedAnnounces Property Sales Results for September 2015 (Hong Kong, 16 October 2015)China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the "Company"; Stock Code: 00081.HK) announced that, for September 2015, the contracted property sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") amounted to HK$2,152 million and the contracted gross floor area ("GFA") reached 232,200 square meters. From January to September 2015, the total contracted property sales amounted to HK$15,506 million and the total contracted GFA reached 1,666,100 square meters. As at the end of September 2015, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$1,529 million and the subscription GFA reached 119,900 square meters.

In September, the Group did not acquire any land parcels.
