(28 Dec 2015, Hong Kong) - China Minsheng Drawin Technology Group Limited ("CM Drawin Technology", "the Company" or "the Group"; Stock Code: 00726), is pleased to announce its acquisition of the land use rights of an industrial site ("site") in Shigu district of Hengyang, Hunan Province at a total consideration of approximately RMB49.5 million. The site covers 100,000 sq.m. and is planned to be developed into China Minsheng Drawin Green Construction Technology Park, with business focuses on providing one-stop advanced construction solutions, including R&D, design, production and sales of intelligent and green building construction technology and prefabricated construction modules.

The site is conveniently located adjacent to various expressways and national highways. Its business scope mainly covers the southern region of Hunan Province.

Hunan is one of the country's fastest growing provinces in terms of industrialized housing development. Its productivity for industrialized housing is among the highest and it enjoys relative mature industry system. According to statistics published by Hunan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as of August 2015, the province's annual output for industrialized housing reached 19.79 million sq.m., while the accumulated completed industrialized housing projects reached 8.81 million sq.m.. In 2014, the provincial government has issued the "The People's Government of Hunan Province's Opinion on the Promotion of Industrialized Housing", which stated that by 2020, precast rate for construction projects such as affordable housing, office buildings and hotels shall reach 80% or above.

Hengyang is Hunan Province's second largest city and the nation's "Southern Hunan Industry Transformation Pilot Zone".
