Bryan Tubaugh Named Director of Group Sales at the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort

With more than 14 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Tubaugh brings extensive sales, analysis and guest service expertise to his new role.

Responsible for overseeing and implementing the property’s sales and marketing plans, Tubaugh will lead a savvy team of sales, catering, golf and conference services managers. In addition, his sales territory will include the association, corporate and HelmsBriscoe markets in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming,

A consistent sales producer, Tubaugh most recently served as HelmsBriscoe, HPN, Conference Direct and Southwest Market Sales Manager for the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, and as HelmsBriscoe, Arizona and Midwest Market Sales Manager for the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa. In both positions, he managed ancillary revenue streams through customized incentives and was responsible for multi-million-dollar revenue goals.

As Director of Sales for Aloft Tempe, Tubaugh helped open the hotel in February 2009 and was in charge of all Sales and Marketing-related activities, departments and personnel. During his previous tenure at Four Points by Sheraton, he was promoted from Sales Reporting Systems Analyst to Sales Manager, where he handled the Association, Corporate, SMERF, Sports, and Tour and Travel markets. Tubaugh began his hospitality career at the Doubletree Hotel in Tucson, where he held Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations and Bellman positions from 2000 to 2005 before joining the Radisson Hotel Downtown as Guest Services Manager.
