(D-Share ISIN CNE1000031C, A-Share ISIN CNE000000CG9, "Haier Smart Home" or the "Company") published a series of mandatory announcements in accordance with applicable trading rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and applicable PRC laws in relation to resolutions taken on April 28, 2020 by the 7th Meeting of the 10th Session of the Board of Directors and by the 7th Meeting of the 10th Session of the Board of Supervisors.
