Yuzhou Properties was Awarded as "Outstanding China Real Estate Developer"

(8 September, 2015, Hong Kong) Yuzhou Properties Company Limited ("Yuzhou Properties" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries referred to as the "Group"; stock code: 01628.HK), the leading Fujian‐based property developer, is pleased to announce that, with its excellent products and brand strength, the Company was awarded as one of the "2015 Outstanding China Real Estate Developers" selected by Economic Digest of Hong Kong, which is the third time that Yuzhou Properties won the award. Mr. Ryan Hui, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Group, accepted the award on behalf of the Company and addressed a speech.

According to Mr. Hui, winning the award again is a great recognition of the operation and development of the Company. Yuzhou Properties always adheres to its principle of prudent operation and steady development. In Xiamen, in which Yuzhou Properties' headquarter located, the Company has been a leading developer for many years; additionally, the development in 11 cities in the three major economic zones, namely West Strait Economic Zone, Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and Bohai Economic Rim, also achieved great reputation.
