Boston, Mass. — August 4 2014 — Sperry Van Ness International Corporation (SVNIC), a commercial real estate franchisor, announced today that it has been approved by the Franchise Registry.  The Franchise Registry, which provides lenders information and SBA eligibility documentation for franchisors/franchisees, has listed SVNIC among a select number of organizations.

This approval is a new and exciting benefit to Sperry Van Ness® (SVN) franchisors/franchisees who seek capital to grow their business. The Franchise Registry approval expedites and streamlines the SBA loan application process by providing banks the ability to search for SVNIC, easily accessing information on its SBA reviewed and approved franchise agreement.

“We are very excited to be able to offer this convenience to the Sperry Van Ness organization,” says SVNIC CEO Kevin Maggiacomo. “We are always seeking new and additional ways to provide SVN franchisors with the resources and tools they need to run an independently owned office.”

There are several benefits of a government-backed SBA loan including low monthly payments, low down payment, flexible terms and no points or originations fees.

SVNIC is the only commercial real estate firm that markets all of its properties nationally to a 100,000-member brokerage and investment community. Producing $8.1 billion in sales and leasing transactions in 2013, SVNIC shared commission fees with co-operating brokers approximately 80 percent of those transactions. Working with its own competitors to bring the highest bidder to the table allows SVN Advisors to see gains from closing more deals in less time. Advisors also reap the benefits of the SVNIC cloud-based enterprise system that enables easy, on-the-go access to property listings and client contacts; real-time data sharing; and software that allows for the assembly of professional proposals and marketing materials.
