EQS-News / 29/02/2016 / 14:46 UTC+8 [For Immediate Release]China Minsheng Drawin Technology Signs MOU with Country Garden for Strategic Partnership 24 February, 2016, Hong Kong: China Minsheng Drawin Technology Group Limited ("CM Drawin Technology", "the Company" or "the Group"; Stock Code: 00726), is pleased to announce it has signed a MOU with Country Garden Holdings Company Limited ("Country Garden") for a strategic partnership on 22 February, 2016, forming a preliminary framework for joint operations in which the Company will provide industrialized construction services to Country Garden. Mr. Su Baiyuan, Executive Director of Country Garden and Mr. Yin Jun, Executive Director and CEO of CM Drawin Technology, both attended the MOU signing ceremony. The partnership will begin with Country Garden's Forest City project ("Forest City" or "the Project") in Malaysia. Forest City, with a site area of approximately 14 million square meters, is located in Iskandar of Malaysia and is adjacent to Singapore. The Project revolves around a multi-layered three dimensional city planning concept, featuring lush vertical greenery covered with dense foliage and hanging gardens. Together with a city information management system, the Project will bring to life a smart and sustainable eco-city. Mr. Yin Jun, Executive Director and CEO of CM Drawin Technology said, "We are very happy to collaborate with Country Garden, one of the biggest property developers in China. The partnership establishes a strong foundation for CM Drawin Technology's business to expand further in China and other overseas markets.
