For Immediate Release Ch Display Opt's LCD Modules Total Sales Revenue Reached RMB 242 million in February 2017 * * * * * *(8 March 2017, Hong Kong) - China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited ("Ch Display Opt" or the "Group"; HKSE stock code: 334) today announced the sales revenue of its LCD modules for February 2017.

To better reflect the market demand and business development of the Group, Ch Display Opt decided to release monthly sales revenue instead of shipment volume from February 2017. The Group's total sales revenue of LCD modules increased by 1.3% and 56.2% year-on-year to RMB 274 million and RMB 242 million in January and February 2017 respectively. Sales revenue of non-laminated LCD modules increased by 76.8% and 204.6% year-on-year to RMB 157 million and RMB 124 million, while sales revenue of laminated LCD modules was RMB 117 million with a year-on-year decrease of 35.7%, and RMB 118 million, increased by 3.2% year-on-year.

The Group's total sales revenue of LCD modules increased by 21.3% year-on-year to RMB 516 million from January to February 2017. Sales revenue of non-laminated LCD modules significantly increased by 117.0% year-on-year to RMB 281 million while sales revenue of laminated LCD modules was RMB 235 million with a year-on-year decrease of 20.7%.

In addition, effective on 4 January 2017, the Group was renamed from "TCL Display Technology Holdings Limited" to "China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited", and adopted the Chinese name of "華顯光電技術控股有限公司" as its secondary name to replace the former secondary name"TCL顯示科技控股有限公司".
