Top Chef’s Restaurant Network Features Tender Belly Pork

Qui’s most recent endeavor, East Side King Trailer located at Cheer Up Charlies, features Tender Belly franks alongside a bevy of creative culinary options.
Qui is the chef and proprietor at Qui restaurant and East Side King, a group of food trailers and restaurants, in Austin. Born in Manila, Philippines, and trained in classic French and Japanese cuisine, he is the recipient of the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Southwest, was winner of Top Chef Season 9 and was honored as one of Food & Wine magazine's 2014 Best New Chefs.
