Reading, UK 25 September 2014 – Fairsail today announces the addition of Geoff Lloyd, one of HR’s most influential practitioners, to its Board as a Non-Executive Director. Currently Group HR Director at Serco, Geoff is a world class Human Resources professional, with extensive international experience working at senior management and board level across a variety of sectors, with brands that include Nortel Networks and Airbus. Geoff’s broad range of expertise includes employee/industrial relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, HRMS and organisation development, corporate governance, and strategy development.
