If your reaction to a generic four-wheeled drive is: BORING! Then take a pit stop at Carmudi. It’s a platform that has the wackiest of rides available for a spin this season. With a collection of over 200,000 automobiles to choose from, you are bound to hit upon something beyond conventional. Although Carmudi is dedicated to cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles, its Global MD Stefan Haubold explains, “every now and then we get some crazy requests. Recently, someone wanted to sell super luxe camels through Carmudi in the Middle East.” So finding mini-golf carts or over 100 year-old vintage models doesn’t raise eyebrows anymore. At least these are machines running on engines.

What’s remarkable is that within a span of 6 weeks, the online car marketplace has doubled its offering from 100,000 to 200,000+ rides. “We are in the business of speed and horsepower. We cannot afford to take our eyes off the fast lane. If our user is passionate about a 2.9 m USD Bugatti Veyron, we offer that. And if a 500 USD ride is what you are going for, then we give you exactly that. It’s all about choices. And at Carmudi, we give plenty,” says Haubold.
