Proposed Delay in Dispatch of Circular

(3 November 2015, Hong Kong) China Culiangwang Beverages Holdings Limited ("China Culiangwang" or the "Company", stock code: 904), China's leading integrated green-food provider, announced that the Company will delay the dispatch of circular in relation to the capital reorganization involving the share consolidation, the capital reduction and the share sub-division; and the change in board lot size, which announced on 9 October 2015.
