"Just like kids and college students are gearing up for the fall semester, entrepreneurs should do the same," he added.

De La Torre said during the two week ERBA on air academy, business gurus will share their expertise and insights through daily topical segments and panel discussions. Surprise guest appearances with some of the nation's top champions of business are also planned.

Co-hosting the show with De la Torre is Sally Villalba, an executive business coach. "The  mission of ERBA is to re-boot, re-tool, and re-energize, business growth for entrepreneurs," said Villalba.

Partnering with ERBA are the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, FIU Business, Career Source Florida, U.S. Small Business Administration, Miami's Community Newspapers, 880 am WZAB (The Biz) and the Miami Herald's Business Monday.
