Open on Thanksgiving: Affäre offers brunch and special 4-course dinner

Chef Martin Heuser creates special menus for Thanksgiving Day

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Nov. 19, 2015) – Affäre will offer a brunch menu with Thanksgiving specials and a four-course dinner menu on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26. For $48, guests can enjoy Affäre Executive Chef Martin Heuser’s fresh, holiday-inspired dishes including a house-made elk brat with pecan-pumpkin apple butter, cream of spinach soup, roasted Tom turkey and pumpkin cheesecake. Guests can also take advantage of wine pairings by sommelier Katrin Heuser for an additional $20.

Brunch on Thanksgiving Day will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. At 3 p.m., Affäre will switch to the pre fixe four-course Thanksgiving dinner menu and take reservations until 8 p.m.
