The B2 Group appoints Phil Hartley as Chief Operating Officer

London and Luxembourg, 23 September, 2014 The B2 Group provider of cloud based payments, FX and funds STP software and consultancy solutions to administrators, transaction banks and corporates across the globe announced the appointment of Phil Hartley to the position of Chief Operating Officer spanning both Luxembourg and London offices.

The time is right for the appointment of a Chief Operating Officer and I am delighted that Phil has accepted the position with us. In his new role, Hartley has the responsibility for The B2 Group client delivery programme, production support, hosted services and data centre infrastructure. He will also be involved in the project management for specific key client delivery projects and has a role to play in the prudent financial management of the company in order we continue to meet our profit targets.
With over 30 years’ experience in the IT sector, Hartley has significant expertise and skill in the developing, managing and implementing solutions in the investment banking sector. During his career he has worked with major investment banking institutions including Cazenove, SG Warburg and HSBC Investment Bank. He moved to The B2 Group in 2010 when the company acquired TDI Consulting and has subsequently been very involved with the successful delivery of large client projects.
