London – September 18, 2014 – The Employee Engagement Awards (www.eeawards.co.uk) has finalised its expert judging line-up with just under a month before the deadline for entries is reached. That deadline has today been extended from October 1, 2014 to October 15, 2014 to give more companies the chance to be recognised.

An unrivalled judging line-up
Despite being in its first year, The Employee Engagement Awards is really capturing the imagination with a judging panel that boasts some of the most respected, powerful and recognised experts and brands in the UK and beyond. The list includes:

Matt Manners, managing director, The Employee Engagement Awards, “We are over the moon with the line-up we have secured in our first year. We are grateful to all our great judges that have signed up.

What this panel tells the UK & Ireland is that The Employee Engagement Awards is something your business needs to win. They will enhance your business reputation, boost team morale and attract the best people to come and work for you.”

Extended deadline
With entries streaming in, there have been requests for an extension which has been granted. The new deadline is October 15, 2014.

A greater chance to be recognised
The Employee Engagement Awards represents the game changers, the forward thinking businesses that strive to do things differently and put their workforce at the heart of its operation. There are 16 categories centred upon engagement, whereas in all other awards, there is only one engagement option. This provides all businesses of different shape and size to have a great chance to be recognised as a finalist or even a winner.

In a competitive labour market, businesses have to offer and be seen to be doing things differently to create an engaging and rewarding working environment. The EE Awards celebrate the best small and big businesses the UK & Ireland have to offer. Even the ‘Unsung Heroes’ in an organisation.

Giving Back
Furthermore, The Employee Engagement Awards will be donating 5% of all its proceeds to different charities and entrants have a say on where it goes. The charities to choose from are:

Action for Children
Help for Heroes
Orphans for Orphans
MacMillan Cancer Nurses
Shelter
RNLI
The Alzheimer’s Society
Exclusive Media Partner
HRZone.com is the exclusive media partner of The Employee Engagement Awards.

Sponsorship
There are still various opportunities available for companies to sponsor the awards. For more information please contact matt@eeawards.co.uk
