Loot Crate Partners with QMx to Bring Licensed, Exclusive Items to GALACTIC Crate

Loot Crate, the premier subscription service for geeks and gamers, is thrilled to be working with Quantum Mechanix (QMx) on its GALACTIC-themed crate. Known for its high-quality collectibles and prints, as well as its licenses for Doctor Who, DC, Firefly, Ghostbusters, Star Trek, Star Wars, and more, QMx is responsible for both a Firefly and a Star Trek item in the September 2014 crate. One of these items is exclusive to Loot Crate. Due to the nature of this mystery box, further details are currently unavailable. In addition to providing Loot Crate subscribers with Firefly and Star Trek gear, QMx had a large role in the creation of Loot Crate's Firefly fan film, "The Verse." QMx helped construct original models, provided screen accurate props, and acted as advisors and fellow fans to give an extra layer of “shiny” authenticity to the final film. Since its release on September 10th, "The Verse" has been viewed almost 100,000 times. It even received Nathan Fillion's (who played Captain Mal Reynolds in Firefly) approval on Twitter! The deadline to subscribe for the crate is September 19th, and "Looters" will start to receive their crates on September 20th.
