This is recognition of TeamUltra’s continuing impressive licence revenue growth, sustained high customer service satisfaction scores and growing team of certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialists and System Administrators.

- Exceeding the number of implementations required by 360%
- Completing 33% more CSAT surveys than the minimum
- Having more than twice the number of Certified Implementation Specialists and two thirds more Certified System Administrators than the threshold
