LOS ANGELES (October 26, 2015) – Actor DAMIAN WASHINGTON takes his clever comedic wit to TruTV with an appearance in CollegeHumor’s new series, ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING, on November 10th.
From directing duo Josh Ruben and Vincent Peone, ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING follows Adam Conover from CollegeHumor as he turns life as we know it on its ear, sharing a little more than you wanted to know about pretty much everything. In the episode “Adam Ruins Elections,” Washington joins in the action to shed light on the American voting system.
Having previously worked with Ruben and Peone on numerous occasions, Washington was thrilled at the opportunity to be a part of this new venture. Washington adds “It’s incredible that, these days, Josh and Vince get to flex their comedy muscles on television and I’m thrilled to help them tell a story about some important parts of American history.”
Washington has been grabbing attention online with his comedy skills for years. Most notably, fans will remember him as the character ‘Rush’ from Season 2 of the Cracked.com series, Rom.Com; and from the recent BuzzFeed sketch, Guys Wear A Bra For A Week, which garnered over 4 million views.
A New York City native, Washington attended LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts and then went on to earn a B.A. in Theater and Eastern Asian Religions at Middlebury College before making his way to Los Angeles.
