WHAT:                The second annual Downtown Dazzle returns for its second weekend in the 2015 holiday season and features five free Holiday Trolleys presented by Google Fiber that will make continuous stops at the Kansas City Power & Light District, the Kansas City Marriott Downtown (Barney Allis Plaza), Crown Center and Union Station, connecting riders with holiday festivities happening through downtown Kansas City. The trolley stops feature dedicated holiday activities and performances throughout the weekend, with the giant Snow Globe photo station now at Power & Light District.

The second weekend of Downtown Dazzle will feature a free Quixotic Fire performance at the Power & Light District on Friday, Dec. 11 at 8:30 p.m. The show will be held in the Live! Block and features a laser show, contortion, UV specialty acts, lyra sculpture and choreographed performers with light.

A highlight of events during the second weekend of Downtown Dazzle include:

Friday, December 11

 o   Santa’s Gingerbread Station inside Crown Center 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.

o   Snow Globe photo station at Kansas City Power & Light District Live! Block from 4– 10 p.m.

o   Hot Chocolate Happy Hour at The Living Room in the Power & Light District from 4 – 6 p.m. Hot chocolate upgrades available for adults for a price.

o   Photos with Santa and live reindeer at KC Live! Block from 4-8 p.m.

o   FEATURED OFFERING: Free Holiday Trolleys presented by Google Fiber running from 6 – 10 p.m. with continuous stops at Kansas City Power & Light District, the Kansas City Marriott Downtown (Barney Allis Plaza), Crown Center and Union Station.

o   Chocoholics Delight Chocolate Bar at MetropolitanKC inside the Marriott Kansas City Downtown from 5 – 10 p.m. (fee applies)

o   S’mores with Santa at FUEGO and Elf on the KC Live! screen in the Power & Light District from 6 – 8 p.m. (additional fee)

o   FEATURED EVENT: Quixotic Light performance at the Power & Light District at 8:30 p.m.

o   Funnel Cake Truck serving free hot chocolate compliments of Google Fiber at Union Station from 6 – 10 p.m.

o   FEATURED TROLLEY DEAL: With a Downtown Dazzle Holiday Trolley glow-in-the-dark necklace, guests can purchase $100 in gift cards at Bristol Seafood Grill in the Power & Light District and receive $40 free in dining certificates (offer available from 6 – 10 p.m).

Saturday, December 12

o   Snow Globe photo station at Kansas City Power & Light District Live! Block from 4– 10 p.m.

o   FEATURED OFFERING: Free Holiday Trolleys presented by Google Fiber running from 3– 10 p.m. with continuous stops at Kansas City Power & Light District, the Kansas City Marriott Downtown (Barney Allis Plaza), Crown Center and Union Station.

o   FEATURED EVENT: Pythons Drill Team performances outside the Power & Light District on Grand Street from 5 – 7 p.m.

o   Chocoholics Delight Chocolate Bar at MetropolitanKC inside the Marriott Kansas City Downtown from 5 – 10 p.m. (fee applies)

o   Santa’s Gingerbread Station at Crown Center from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.

o   Deco food truck serving free hot chocolate compliments of Google Fiber at Union Station from 4-10 p.m.

o   FEATURED TROLLEY DEAL: With a Downtown Dazzle Holiday Trolley glow necklace, guests can purchase $100 in gift cards at Bristol Seafood Grill in the Power & Light District and receive $40 free in dining certificates from 4 – 10 p.m.

Sunday, December 13

o   Santa’s Gingerbread Station at Crown Center from noon – 6 p.m.
